I’ve…I’ve been seeing someone.” His heart stopped. “Oh. Well,” he scratched the back of his head, “he better not be an idiot like I was. I hope he knows he’s got something special.” “You really think so?” He nodded. She got up and picked up her jacket. “You know… If you had told me that 6 months ago-” “I know,” he said, “I know.”
